Very frendly personnel, very clean pool plus quiet garden. Breakfast was varied, it included fab cereals, croissants, fresh fruit, bakery and breads. Very classy location to tulum avenue. The lobby bar in the hotel had lots of soft beers, coffee, juices and soft drinks throughout the day.

fairly clean and upscale place with sweet staff. rooms were airy and the bed was very comfy. it was overlooking cathedral the view was perfect.

Room was ordinary with great bed and staff were particularly pleasant. Breakfast was VERY COMPREHENSIVE and had plenty of options — cereals, croissants, yoghourt, fresh fruit and bakery. They made my stay fun. Early check in & the service was decent. Relaxing coffee, beers, juices and soft drinks in the sky bar, private parking place.

This hotel was cosy base for exploring Cancun, liked it. The host upon arrival was kind! The restaurant was located within 400 metres. It deserves its 3 stars.
